How the app accesses user data
The BRETHRENS HOLDING HANDS SELF HELP GROUP App accesses user data by mutual consent whereby a user enters his required personal information in a form during registration. Data is uploaded by the user willinglly, the app does not collect anyother data from the user or device other than the required data during registration and once the user is logged in the app.
How the app collects user data
The user enters the following information in a form during registration: Username, Full name, Date of birth, Date of entry, country, source of income and a password.
After a user has successfully registered, he will await confirmatiom of his account via email and once the account is verified and confirmed, he will be able to log-in using the registered Username and the registered password.
Once the user has accessed his portal the app, he will able to edit his information through the app.
The data collected from the user is send to the server for storage in a database.
How collected data is used
The data collected during registration is used by the sacco(BRETHRENS HOLDING HANDS SELF HELP GROUP) to confirm that the user is indeed a member of the BRETHRENS HOLDING HANDS SELF HELP GROUP.
Does the app share user data
The data collected from the user remains strict care of devfin Ltd and is not shared with anyother party, the data is personal confidential information of BRETHRENS HOLDING HANDS SELF HELP GROUP and therefore only previledged to the sacco(BRETHRENS HOLDING HANDS SELF HELP GROUP).
Security of data
Data is transmitted to the server through a secured https connection to ensure malicious persons do not access the data during transmission.
Data retention and deletion policy
The user data collected is not deleted, this is because the users using the portal area of the app are registered members of the sacco(BRETHRENS HOLDING HANDS SELF HELP GROUP) and its accompanying systems(the backend server application and web portal).
